Job Description

As a Tech Product Owner Consultant at Devoteam Creative Tech, you will support our major clients in their digital transformation projects and work within their product, business, and technical teams.

You will evolve in complex and highly technological environments: modernization of information systems, redesign of digital platforms, e-commerce, business applications, omnichannel services, data products, and new digital journeys.

A true interface between business challenges and engineering teams, you will bring your product expertise and consulting approach to design high-performance, scalable, and value-centered solutions.

In this role, you will be involved in:

• Gathering, challenging, and formalizing business needs with various stakeholders;

• Facilitating framing, co-construction, and prioritization workshops;

• Managing, structuring, and evolving the product backlog;

• Prioritizing topics by arbitrating between business value, technical complexity, dependencies, risks, and delivery stakes;

• Writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications necessary for the successful execution of developments;

• Close collaboration with development, architecture, QA, and Product Design teams to ensure the feasibility and quality of delivered solutions;

• Coordinating technical topics related to APIs, data flows, IS integrations, and technical debt;

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Review, Retrospective) and managing various stakeholders;

• Monitoring project indicators, risks, budgets, and associated reporting;

• Supporting clients in adopting good Product, Agile, and digital practices.

Beyond your technical expertise, you adopt a true consultant's approach: you know how to adapt to varied contexts, challenge needs, engage teams, and create lasting value for our clients.

Qualifications

You have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Tech Product Owner on digital products with a strong technological component, ideally in a consulting firm, ESN, or within complex environments.

You know how to bridge business challenges and technical teams and are comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders.

Endowed with a true consulting mindset, you are recognized for your ability to challenge needs, autonomously manage strategic topics, and support clients in their digital transformation.

A good command of Agile methodologies and an appetite for technical environments (API, data, IS architecture) are expected.

Proficiency in English is essential.

- Talent Acquisition Interview: The objective is to review your skills, English level, and validate your motivations. - Tech & Business Interview: This interview aims to deepen your technical skills and verify their suitability with our needs during an exchange with a domain expert. - Leadership Interview: It allows us to evaluate your potential, ambitions, and envision your evolution within Devoteam.

We prioritize at least one in-person interview. A reference check is requested and, depending on your profile, tests (technical, English, personality...) may be sent to you. If your application is selected, we will send you an offer detailing the employment conditions. Upon acceptance, the employment contract is formalized.
