At T-Systems, we are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with experience in implementations to lead digitization and modernization projects in the Human Resources area. Public sector experience will be valued. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors projects, coordinating the functional and technical teams, as well as the dialogue with the client and the business areas.

Your Task

You will be responsible for the planning, execution and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors projects, coordinating the functional and technical teams, as well as the dialogue with the client and the business areas. Public sector experience will be valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mixed teams (internal, customer and suppliers)

• Define, plan and monitor functional and technical activities of the project

• Ensure the correct parameterization and integration of Core, payroll and talent modules

• Prepare functional documentation, manage risks, scope and ensure fluid communication with stakeholders

Requirements

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager with extensive implementation experience, strong leadership capabilities, and deep knowledge of SAP HR modules, particularly for public sector digitization and modernization projects.

Must Have Skills

• At least 10 years as SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, leading functional and/or technical teams.

• Demonstrable experience in public sector projects (municipalities, autonomous communities, ministries, universities, etc.).

• Strong knowledge in EC (Employee Central) module.

• Strong knowledge in ECP (Employee Central Payroll) module.

• Strong knowledge in RC (Recruiting) module.

• Experience in coordinating teams.

• University education in Engineering, Business Administration (ADE), or similar field.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience in SAP HCM for S/4HANA/H4S4 projects.

• Certification in SAP HR.

• PMI certification.

• PRINCE2 certification.

• SAP Activate certification.

• Knowledge of SAP Fiori HR Apps or SAP SuccessFactors.

• Familiarity with personnel file digitization processes (GPG, ECM, SuccessFactors Employee Central...).

• Professional English for documentation and meetings with partners.

• Catalan language skills.

• Experience in public tenders and contract management.
