Key Responsibilities:

Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) implementation projects end-to-end

Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements

Perform Fit/Gap analysis and document business workflows

Support solution design, system configuration, and validation activities

Execute unit testing and document results

Identify risks and issues, propose solutions, and support resolution

Prepare clear project documentation and meeting summaries

Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
