Description and Requirements

At Endesa, we are firmly committed to training and talent acquisition. That is why we offer a Scholarship Plan to recent university graduates who want to be part of a collaborative learning model aimed at acquiring professional skills.

For this scholarship, we are looking for recent Engineering graduates or those who are about to complete their final project, to join the Environment Iberia department in Spain-Madrid-Cl Ribera Del Loira, 60, through a scholarship.

What does the Unit do?

The Environment unit, integrated into the HSEQ department, supports facilities with different generation technologies:

• Thermal

• Wind

• Hydroelectric

• Photovoltaic Solar

Its main areas of action are:

• Identification and management of applicable environmental requirements for facilities.

• Coordination of contracts aimed at demonstrating compliance with these requirements to competent administrations.

• Participation in internal and external reporting activities.

• Support to facilities in interpreting new requirements included in regional, national, and European legislation.

What will you collaborate on?

The planned tasks are:

• Identification and evaluation of legal requirements.

• Management of databases for environmental data reporting.

• Participation in internal and external reporting processes.

What training and knowledge will be considered?

Training:

• Environmental Sciences.

• Biology.

• Chemistry.

• Industrial Engineering.

• Chemical Engineering.

• Forestry Engineering.

• Agronomy Engineering.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of environmental legislation.

• Basic notions of chemistry and physics.

• General office automation, with special emphasis on Excel.

Languages:

• English C1, Italian optional

What do we offer?

Internship at ENDESA, SWING Program:

• Study aid of €900.00 gross per month.

• Schedule: Hybrid work model - Full time.

• Workplace in Spain: Madrid - Ribera del Loira, 60.

Endesa scholarships last for 9 months. They consist of two parts, Practical Training in the Company and Academic Training.

Practical Training in the Company will be full-time from Monday to Friday, with a rest period of 22 working days per year and a study aid of €900 gross. In parallel, Academic Training is carried out: Master in Organizational Management, Key Competencies and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and improving the competency profile.
