Your Task

At T-Systems we are looking for an AI Solution Architect to participate in strategic digital transformation projects in the public healthcare field. The selected person will be responsible for designing, evolving and modernizing applications using Artificial Intelligence and generative AI tools, ensuring their integration with existing systems and their deployment in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments. We are looking for a profile with a global vision of architecture, technical judgment, leadership capacity and good communication skills, capable of transforming business needs into robust, secure, scalable and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop the conceptual, functional and technical design of the solutions

• Define and evolve application, service, integration and infrastructure architectures, selecting the most appropriate technologies and considering microservices, containers, APIs, messaging and event-oriented architectures

• Design the integration of information from multiple sources and heterogeneous systems through synchronous and asynchronous mechanisms

• Apply AI and generative AI tools to develop, modernize and automate applications and processes

• Incorporate AI agents, RAG, or other generative AI components when necessary

• Define non-functional requirements, monitor technical quality and prepare architectural documentation, coordinating with development, infrastructure, security, integration, QA and operations teams

• Defend technical decisions, identify risks and dependencies, and technically lead development teams

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect with more than 5 years of solution architecture experience, strong technical expertise in artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, full stack development, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate should have proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to design robust, scalable, and secure solutions in healthcare or public sector environments.

Must Have Skills

• More than 5 years of experience in solution architecture

• Experience in integrating information from multiple sources and systems

• Experience in the design and evolution of applications using Artificial Intelligence tools

• Experience in full stack application architecture

• Knowledge of Angular or React

• Backend experience with Java and Spring Boot

• Experience with REST services, APIs and JSON

• Experience with relational databases

• Experience with NoSQL databases

• Experience in cloud, on-premise or hybrid environments

• Experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS or Microsoft Azure

• Experience with containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and microservices architectures

• Medium or high knowledge of DevOps practices and tools

• Experience with Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or other CI/CD tools

• Knowledge of infrastructure as code, especially Terraform

• Experience in technical quality, code quality and testing

• Ability to generate and review architectural documentation

• Knowledge of frontend and backend security

• Experience with Spring Security, JWT, OAuth 2.0, or OpenID Connect

• Experience with Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams and event-driven architectures

• Knowledge of Apache Kafka in Kraft mode

• Experience in leadership or technical coordination of teams

• Ability to communicate with clients and defend technical decisions

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with AI agents, RAG and multi-agent systems

• Experience in asynchronous integration using queues, event buses or messaging

• Knowledge of API Management, API Gateway and BPMS

• Knowledge of identity providers or IdPs and the SAML protocol

• Knowledge of observability, monitoring, traceability and log management

• Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or OpenTelemetry

• Knowledge of .NET

• Knowledge of Postman

• Catalan language skills

• Experience in healthcare projects, public administrations or public services

• Knowledge of health standards such as HL7, FHIR and openEHR

• Experience integrating with electronic medical records, hospital systems or regional health platforms

• Knowledge of the security and confidentiality requirements applicable to health information

• Experience in digital transformation projects with multiple teams, vendors and legacy systems
