Satair operates on the Windows OS and has recently transitioned to Google Workspace, so knowledge about Gmail, Google Drive or even Google Sheets will be an advantage.

We’re looking for a candidate that is approachable and greets your colleagues with a smile, both verbally and in written text. In addition we’re also looking for the candidate that shows initiative and is not afraid to propose ideas for improvement.

Another important skill is the ability to park your current task if an urgent issue arises and very importantly, remember to get back to where you left off. Due to the nature of IT Support, a certain part of our work comes with a level of unpredictability.

We will make an effort in ensuring that your onboarding is as smooth as possible and will therefore of course make sure that you get proper training in how to use our tools, and continuously increase your knowledge related to the job.

As a person, your default answer to something unknown should not be ,, I don’t know…’’ but rather ,, I’ll investigate and return!’’. In some cases, patience is required and you will need it.
