Especialista People Analytics (Madrid)
The challenges of your day-to-day will be focused on:

Converting Human Resources data into strategic information through analytics, dashboards and key indicators.
-
Managing and maintaining organizational structures, ensuring the quality and consistency of information.
-
Preparing reports and corporate reporting to support decision-making and certification projects.
-
Participating in the evolution and improvement of People systems (SAP, SuccessFactors and other tools).
-
Ensuring data quality and defining role and access criteria in accordance with security and internal control policies.
What you need:
Mandatory Requirements:

University Degree in Organization Engineering.
-
Previous experience of 1-3 years in a related field.
-
Excel level: Intermediate / Advanced
-
English C1
Valuable Requirements:
-
Training in Human Resources or Data Analysis.
-
Experience in a Human Resources department.
