The Gas Spain Networks business is responsible for the distribution of natural gas and renewable gas and operates nationwide (Spain). As a distribution company, it is responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of more than 53,800 km of gas network to which more than 5.4 M supply points in almost 1,150 municipalities are connected. The main activities carried out are: commissioning, meter reading, periodic inspection and attention to notices. Our purpose is to be an active agent of decarbonization and to be a main actor in the country's energy transition.

These practices will allow you to learn about:
In this context, the People unit is responsible for designing and implementing projects related to employee experience, talent development and training in both technical skills and soft skills. You will be able to develop your knowledge and acquire learning in the following areas:

Actions aimed at improving employee experience

Design of the onboarding process

Employer branding and talent attraction

Digitization and automation of analytical processes (People Analytics)

Development and training plans
What you need:

Student of a Degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Engineering or Master's students in Human Resources.

Management of people analytics tools.

Valuable English (C1).

Valuable knowledge and use of MS tools: Teams, Sharepoint, Power BI.
