Customer Onboarding Strategist, Acquisitions, Google Customer Solutions (Mandarin, English)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.

• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, and other digital marketing platforms.

• Experience working with channel business, advertisers, agencies, or clients.

• Experience assessing client needs and achieving goals via sales techniques, including questioning and objection handling.

• Experience in the application or gaming industry.

• Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media business context to drive growth.

• Ability to build narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy.

In this role, you will partner with new customers during their onboarding period to establish goals and strategies for their products and services. You will manage a portfolio of new customers for six months, driving growth for the next generation of Google clients. You will work within a collaborative team, leveraging creativity to transform businesses. Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with clients to develop an understanding of their business issues, marketing objectives, and metrics.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time and to standard.

• Achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising solutions that help clients meet their marketing objectives.

• Develop data-driven analysis and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals and quantify impact opportunities.

• Maintain an understanding of how Google advertising products meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
