Behind every package of pasta is a team of skilled professionals making sure our equipment is ready to perform. We’re looking for a Plant Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing complex equipment, and keeping a busy manufacturing operation running safely and efficiently.

As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you’ll be an essential part of the team by:
Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and plant systems
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC, and VFD issues
Completing repairs involving welding, machining, fabrication, and electrical work
Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
Monitoring and maintaining plant utility systems, including air compressors, fire protection systems, and facility equipment
Performing equipment changeovers and format/size adjustments
Calibrating and adjusting metal detection systems while maintaining required documentation
Working closely with Production and Packaging teams to keep product flowing efficiently
Coordinating maintenance activities with outside contractors and vendors when needed
Prioritizing work orders to support production schedules
Participating in continuous improvement initiatives that improve reliability, safety, and efficiency
Maintaining accurate maintenance records and following all food safety and quality procedures
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving challenging equipment problems, and being part of a team that keeps the entire operation moving.
Qualifications include:
Associate degree in a maintenance-related field or at least three years of industrial maintenance experience (mechanical and/or electrical)
Experience troubleshooting industrial manufacturing equipment
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Experience with PLCs, particularly Allen-Bradley and Siemens, is highly preferred
Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley Variable Frequency Drives is a plus
Welding, machining, fabrication, and electrical troubleshooting skills
Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with production teams
