About this Role

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, build, and support high-quality software solutions within VOIS Technology. The role involves working across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to scalable and secure applications, and collaborating with distributed teams to deliver innovative and reliable technology solutions.

What you’ll do

• Develop well-structured, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with organisational standards

• Document system improvements and changes to ensure knowledge continuity and transparency

• Collaborate effectively with teams across multiple countries and time zones

• Contribute to multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery of technical outputs

• Provide accurate estimates for development tasks based on technical specifications

Who you are

• Experienced in Java (11+) and Spring Boot for backend development

• Skilled in designing, building, and integrating RESTful APIs

• Knowledgeable in backend security best practices

• Familiar with unit testing methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• Comfortable working with microservices and event-driven architectures

• Proficient in object-oriented programming principles and software development lifecycle practices

• Possess hands-on experience (minimum 5 years) with technologies such as Java Enterprise, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, Angular, and both relational and non-relational databases
