Help strengthen the controls that keep global banking moving

At ING, we believe banking should be as seamless as possible so people can focus on what matters most to them. Behind that simplicity is a strong foundation of risk management, governance, and effective controls.

As a Control Hub Key Controls Tester, you'll play a vital role in helping ING maintain a strong control environment by testing the effectiveness of critical controls across our global operations. • Ability to independently navigate a complex organization and engage with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in internal audit, external audit, controls testing, risk management, or related disciplines.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage ambiguity effectively.

• Familiarity with MS Office applications; knowledge of Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.

• CIA or CPA certification is a plus.
