What are we looking for?

• Monitor systems, platforms and infrastructures, ensuring the early detection of alerts, incidents and events.

• Manage first-level incidents and requests following defined procedures and standards.

• Execute operational and support tasks following established runbooks and procedures.

• Classify, prioritize and escalate incidents according to criticality and impact.

• Collaborate in the operational continuity of the service through the follow-up and updating of incidents and events.

• Document operational actions, incidents and procedures in accordance with the service's standards.

• Prepare basic operational reports and shift handovers.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards within their scope.

• Use monitoring, operation and ITSM management tools.

• Resolve incidents by executing initial containment and recovery actions following approved procedures, and escalate incidents outside their scope of action.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service's procedures and operations.

• Follow up on incidents until their resolution.
