What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone accustomed to working in agile, multi-vendor and product-oriented environments, with the ability to question and evolve existing processes and accompany teams in the adoption of new ways of working.

What are we looking for?

• Experience working in agile and product-oriented environments.

• Knowledge and experience with Value Stream Mapping.

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Rally, Confluence, PPM or similar.

• Strategic vision and ability to transform models and processes.

• Ability to collaborate in multi-vendor environments and with diverse teams.

• Resilience in change processes and ability to maintain an independent and well-founded opinion.

Barcelona | Hybrid model

The project requires 2 days of on-site presence per week at the client's offices, located in the Sants-Montjuïc (Barcelona) area.
