Responsable Desarrollo de Negocio – AI for Software Engineering

Due to growth, we are looking for a new team member, a Business Development Manager in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the software development lifecycle.

You will be responsible for:

Business Development and Commercial Activity

Develop business by participating in the acquisition of new clients and in the definition of new opportunities in the field of Artificial Intelligence applied to the software lifecycle (AI for Software Engineering).

Participate in commercial processes, leading the value proposition and the construction of offers in this area, in coordination with technical and delivery teams.

Drive specific commercial initiatives aimed at the adoption of solutions based on co-pilots and governed agents applied to software development.

Work closely with the commercial team to identify opportunities in current and new clients, contributing to the growth of the pipeline associated with this transversal line.

Strategy and Portfolio Management

Participate in the definition of the commercial and growth strategy associated with AI for Software Engineering, aligned with the company's global strategy.

Co-define, together with operations teams and other Business Lines, the portfolio of services and offerings in this area, structured around services such as:

• Governance of co-pilots and agents

• AI-assisted code generation, review, and modernization

• AI-assisted QA and test automation

• AI-driven software lifecycle optimization

Identify market needs and trends, contributing to the continuous evolution of the portfolio.

Partner and Ecosystem Management

Manage relationships with relevant technological partners for this line, both existing and new.

Collaborate with managers of other Business Lines in the management of established partners.

Identify, develop, and consolidate new strategic alliances specific to the field of AI applied to software development.

Participate in co-selling initiatives and joint development of opportunities with technological partners.

Internal Coordination and Transversality

Act as a reference in the field of AI for Software Engineering within the organization, working transversally with multiple LoBs.

Coordinate with technical teams (BTS) responsible for the design and delivery of services, participating mainly in pre-sales and solution definition phases.

Establish synergies with other Business Lines to ensure consistent positioning within the global portfolio.

Economic and Operational Management

Collaborate in the definition and management of the budget associated with this activity line, monitoring objective compliance.

Contribute to the development of the annual operating plan within your area of responsibility.

Marketing and Communication

Identify and participate in events, initiatives, and activities related to Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication area.

Support the generation of content and positioning of the company in this field.

To join our team, we expect from you:

• Experience in business development, pre-sales, or similar positions within the technology sector.

• Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and its execution.

• Knowledge of trends in Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, co-pilots, agents, and automation.

• Experience in environments that combine technical and commercial capabilities.

• Valuable experience in technology consulting.

• Multidisciplinary profile with technical and business experience.

• Ability to conceptualize solutions aligned with client needs.

• Ability to interact with clients at a technical and business level.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Leadership ability in transversal environments.

• Initiative, proactivity, and results orientation.

• Interest in innovation and market trends.

• At least 10 years of experience, valuable in consulting/technology.

• Fluent English for a professional environment. Other languages are a plus.
