Overview

We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Analytics (Temporary) professional to join the global team responsible for reporting, measurement, and data visualization projects for an international client. The selected candidate will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, analytics teams, technical teams, and international markets, leading the functional definition, evolution, and adoption of dashboards and reporting solutions used across multiple regions. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure that reporting and data visualization systems provide reliable, consistent, and actionable insights that support decision-making at both global and local levels.

Responsibilities

Functional Management of Dashboards and Reporting

• Lead the functional definition and continuous enhancement of global Power BI dashboards.

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable analytical requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design KPIs, metrics, and visualizations that support effective decision-making.

• Ensure dashboards address the key business questions and reporting needs of different markets.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for business users, agencies, marketing teams, and international stakeholders.

• Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions, project follow-ups, and deliverable validation meetings.

• Manage expectations, priorities, and dependencies across multiple teams and markets.

• Drive user adoption of analytical and reporting solutions.

Data Quality and Governance

• Oversee the consistency, accuracy, and quality of published data.

• Define and implement data validation and quality control processes.

• Ensure the correct interpretation and use of KPIs across stakeholders.

• Contribute to the definition and enforcement of global reporting and measurement standards.

Project Coordination

• Manage the backlog of reporting and analytics initiatives and enhancements.

• Coordinate development efforts with analysts, data specialists, and data engineers.

• Prioritize requests and ensure timely delivery of projects and enhancements.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data models, and reporting visualizations.

Insights and Business Recommendations

• Analyze performance results and identify key trends.

• Develop data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making.

• Prepare executive presentations and functional documentation.

• Communicate insights and conclusions effectively to both technical and business audiences.

Qualifications

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization.

• Proven experience building, managing, and enhancing Power BI dashboards.

• Experience working closely with business clients and stakeholders.

• Experience operating in international environments and managing multi-country projects.

• Background in media, digital marketing, advertising, customer analytics, or marketing intelligence.

• Advanced Power BI expertise, including:

  • Data modeling, DAX, Power Query
  • Dashboard design and data storytelling, Workspace administration and publication management.

• Intermediate to advanced SQL.

• Familiarity with cloud data ecosystems such as Azure, BigQuery, or similar platforms.

• Experience with data integration tools such as Supermetrics or equivalent solutions.

• Knowledge of digital advertising and marketing platforms, including:

  • Campaign Manager 360, DV360, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Digital Analytics platforms.
