Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join a long-term project (minimum 2 years) with an important client in the Telecommunications Sector.
In this role, you will be the link between data engineering and business, responsible for structuring large volumes of information in Google Cloud Platform, ensuring data quality, and building the semantic visualization layer for strategic decision-making.
Your main functions:

SQL & GCP Consulting: Perform complex queries in BigQuery to extract, clean, and structure large datasets from the telecom sector.

Semantic Layer and Visualization: Design and maintain the semantic layer in Looker and build interactive and intuitive dashboards in Looker Studio.

Business Modeling & Forecast: Create analytical models and predictions fed directly from BigQuery or Looker.

Optimization and Data Quality: Define and structure optimized tables in BigQuery, ensuring governance, accuracy, and integrity of data consumed in Looker or Excel.

Advanced Analysis: Perform data manipulations and statistical analysis using Excel and advanced SQL queries.

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years working as a Senior Data Analyst or Analytics Engineer.

SQL & BigQuery: Advanced proficiency in SQL and a history of working with architectures in BigQuery (GCP).

Looker Ecosystem: Solid experience building the semantic layer in Looker and designing dashboards in Looker Studio.

Modeling: Demonstrable ability in business modeling, forecasting, and advanced manipulation in Excel.

Location and Availability:
- Residency in Valencia: Hybrid model (2-3 days/week in office).

Valuable: Previous experience within the Telecommunications sector.
