YOUR ROLE

The Employee Relations Intern supports the HR team in maintaining positive employee relations and a healthy workplace environment. The role includes planning and executing events, assisting with employee queries, helping to track concerns or cases, supporting communication between employees and management, and contributing to HR initiatives related to employee engagement and workplace culture.

• Support employee welfare programs and initiatives

• Coordinate staff events, celebrations, and engagement activities

• Assist in handling employee queries and concerns

• Liaise with internal teams for welfare-related services

• Manage routine correspondence and filing

• Support general office administration as needed

• Track documentation and follow up on pending HR matters

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Attention to detail: accurate in documentation and recordkeeping

• Good teamwork: able to work with different people in a professional way

• Basic MS Office skills: especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Participation in events, meetings, or internal communication activities

• Experience in survey tracking or employee engagement activities
