As a Senior Specialist, Customer Service & Support Management, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service and efficient order fulfillment. You will manage daily backlog activities, support demand planning, and work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive service performance and revenue achievement.
Manage daily backlog, including order processing, backlog vs. MPR review, CnR processing, shipment monitoring, and RMA handling.
Monitor customer demand forecasts and analyze accuracy in weekly reports.
Eliminate backlog vs. MRP variance and EDD, PLD vs. RD gaps across assigned accounts. Work with divisions to adjust capacity to meet RD.
Resolve logistics and customs issues with relevant teams.
Achieve revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage, in close partnership with customers, sales teams, and champions.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer’s procurement methods.
Identify supply chain weaknesses for each customer and implement suitable solutions for each site/device.
Monitor and enforce ST terms and conditions, including change order windows, forecast liability, and inventory control.
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, supply chain, or a related field.
Procurement experience is also welcome.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with Power BI is an advantage.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
A proactive, accountable, and collaborative team player.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
