YOUR ROLE

The ProdOps Technician provides first-level operational support for IT infrastructure and manufacturing applications. This role is part of the 24x7 DTIT ProdOps team and is critical to maintaining service availability for manufacturing operations.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Technician/License diploma in systems and information technology

• Good understanding of IT infrastructure and incident management

• Experience (preferred):

  • Unix and Windows servers
  • Storage systems
  • Databases
  • Network devices
  • Manufacturing applications

• Strong communication, escalation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in shift, 6h-14h/14h-22h/22h-06h, in 24x7 on-site environment context

Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems and manufacturing applications using Zabbix

• Provide 24x7 first-level support for incidents and user calls

• Troubleshoot, resolve, or escalate incidents to second-level support

• Identify recurring issues and report them to ProdOps management and L2 teams

• Support computer room vigilance and compliance requirements

• Provide first-level support for cyber security incidents

• Communicate and escalate major incidents in a timely manner
