YOUR ROLE

1. Maintenance Operations:

   • Oversee daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment and systems are operating efficiently.
   • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures and downtime.
   • Coordinate with production and engineering teams to prioritize maintenance tasks.

2. Equipment Management:

   • Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for maintenance activities.
   • Ensure timely procurement of parts and manage relationships with suppliers.
   • Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement.

3. Budget Management:

   • Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
   • Track maintenance expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.

4. Compliance and Safety:

   • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
   • Implement corrective actions to address safety concerns.

5. Continuous Improvement:

   • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance maintenance efficiency and equipment reliability.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or PhD in Engineering, including Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or semiconductor equipment maintenance.

• Experience in resist stripping, wet chemical processes, surface treatment, or semiconductor plating processes is an advantage.

• Experience in electroplating process optimization and troubleshooting is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of plating thickness control and uniformity management.

• Experience in chemical bath monitoring and process control.

• Familiarity with resist stripping and wet chemical processes.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Good command of business English.
