SIC(Site Inventory Control) Planning Engineerとして、Fab15の生産能力を最大化し、顧客へのオンタイムデリバリーを確実に達成する重要な役割を担います。 SIC Planningは、Fab15、Supply Chain、そしてグローバルなDRAM Networkを結ぶ極めて重要な「コントロールタワー」です。需要・供給・生産能力・在庫・技術移行に関する情報を統合し、Fab15の代表として、短期・中期の生産計画と実行方針を迅速かつ明確に示します。

近年、Max-out要求の拡大、HBMを含む製品構成の変化、Metallization・EUV・W2W・クロスFabプロセスなどOffloadの複雑化により、SICの活躍領域と事業上の重要性は一段と高まっています。本ポジションでは、Fab15と他サイトの制約・余力を俯瞰し、シナリオ分析、Die Mix、Wafer Start、Output Profile、Offload Loopを一体的に設計し、全体最適につながる判断軸を提供します。

単に計画数値を策定するだけではなく、変化を先読みして論点を提示し、Supply Chain、MCT、Manufacturing、Engineering、NPI、各Fabと連携しながら、計画を実行へつなげる仕事です。データに基づく意思決定、AI活用、迅速なリスク検知、標準化・自動化、継続的改善を通じて、顧客コミットメントとFab15の安定運営を支えます。

【職務内容】

• Fab15、Supply Chain、DRAM Networkを結ぶコントロールタワーとして、短期・中期の生産計画および実行方針を策定・推進する

• 需要、供給、在庫、キャパシティ、サイクルタイム、歩留まり、顧客納期を統合的に分析し、Fab15としての判断軸および対応方針を提示する

• Max-out、Pull-in、Die Mix、NPIサンプル、TD品、Wafer Start、Output Profileを最適化し、生産能力と顧客コミットメントの両立を実現する

• Metallization、EUV、W2W、Probeなど複雑化するOffload運営において、送受計画、Capacity、Loop CT、優先度、実績およびリスクを管理する

• 複数Fabの制約と余力を可視化し、シナリオ分析を通じて全体最適となるクロスサイトのLoading・Offload戦略を提案する

• KPI（Pace、Cycle Time、Wafer Out、Delivery Adherence、Inventory）をモニタリングし、逸脱の早期検知、影響評価、リカバリー方針の策定をリードする

• Supply Chain、MCT、Manufacturing、Engineering、NPI、IEおよび他Fabと連携し、計画と現場実行の整合を図る

• 変化や潜在的な課題を先読みし、Fab15の代表として迅速なエスカレーションと意思決定を支援する

• レポート、ダッシュボード、計画・追跡ツールの標準化および自動化を推進し、業務の精度・スピード・再現性を向上させる

【必須条件】

• 学士号以上（専攻不問）

• 半導体製造、生産計画、Supply Chain、オペレーション、または関連業務の経験

• Excelおよびデータ分析・可視化ツールを活用したレポート作成、ダッシュボード構築、シナリオ分析の経験

• データに基づき論理的に課題を分析し、意思決定につなげられる能力

• 部門横断およびグローバルチームと連携しながら業務を推進できるコミュニケーション能力

Job Summary

As a Site Inventory Control (SIC) Planning Engineer, you will play a critical role in maximizing Fab 15 manufacturing capacity and ensuring on-time delivery to customers.

SIC Planning serves as a key control tower connecting Fab 15, the Supply Chain organization, and the global DRAM network. In this role, you will integrate information related to demand, supply, manufacturing capacity, inventory, and technology transitions, and provide clear direction on short- and mid-term production plans as a representative of Fab 15.

As manufacturing requirements continue to evolve through increased max-out expectations, HBM product growth, and increasingly complex offload operations involving Metallization, EUV, Wafer-to-Wafer (W2W), and cross-fab processes, the strategic importance of SIC continues to grow. You will evaluate constraints and opportunities across Fab 15 and other sites, develop scenario analyses, optimize Die Mix, Wafer Starts, Output Profiles, and Offload Loops, and provide decision-making frameworks that drive network-wide optimization.

This role goes beyond generating production plans. You will proactively identify emerging issues and opportunities, align stakeholders across Supply Chain, MCT, Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, and other fabs, and translate plans into operational execution. Through data-driven decision making, AI-enabled solutions, rapid risk identification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement, you will contribute to customer commitments and stable Fab 15 operations.

As a representative of Fab 15, you will have significant influence and visibility across the global DRAM network. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about driving business impact beyond a single manufacturing site and want to contribute to the optimization of a global manufacturing network.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the control tower connecting Fab15, Supply Chain, and the DRAM network, and drive short- and mid-term production plans and execution direction.

• Integrate demand, supply, inventory, capacity, cycle time, yield, and customer delivery data to provide Fab15 decision frameworks and response options.

• Optimize Max-out, pull-in, die mix, NPI samples, TD lots, wafer starts, and output profiles to balance Fab output and customer commitments.

• Manage increasingly complex offload operations across Metallization, EUV, W2W, and Probe, including send/receive plans, capacity, loop cycle time, priorities, performance, and risks.

• Visualize constraints and available capacity across fabs and propose network-optimized loading and offload strategies through scenario analysis.

• Monitor KPIs including pace, cycle time, wafer out, delivery adherence, and inventory; lead early deviation detection, impact assessment, and recovery direction.

• Align planning and execution with Supply Chain, MCT, Manufacturing, Engineering, NPI, IE, and partner fabs.

• Anticipate changes, proactively raise key issues, and support timely escalation and decision-making as a representative of Fab15.

• Standardize and automate reports, dashboards, planning tools, and tracking solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and repeatability.

• Lead continuous improvement and cross-functional projects that strengthen stable Fab15 operations and DRAM network competitiveness.

• Utilize AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to improve planning accuracy, optimize capacity utilization, support risk assessment, and drive data-driven operational decision making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field

• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, operations, or related functions

• Experience utilizing Excel and data analytics/visualization tools to create reports, dashboards, and scenario analyses

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make data-driven decisions

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and global teams

• Demonstrated willingness to embrace change, continuously learn, and drive improvements

• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, integrity, and initiative

• Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent (JLPT N1)

• Business-level or higher English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Engineering, or a related discipline

• Experience in production planning, demand and supply planning, inventory management, or operations management within the semiconductor industry

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify risks, evaluate alternatives, and support decision-making in complex and rapidly changing environments

• Experience with data analytics and automation tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar technologies
