Staff Finance AI Enablement & Adoption Lead

The Staff Finance AI Enablement & Adoption Lead will drive AI adoption, workforce capability development, and business value realization across Micron Finance. This role will partner with Finance leaders, business teams, and technology collaborators to accelerate the effective use of approved enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and other AI solutions.

The ideal candidate combines AI knowledge, change leadership, communication excellence, and workforce enablement experience to help Finance teams adopt AI responsibly, improve productivity, and transform ways of working. This role is focused on enabling people, driving adoption, and measuring business impact rather than developing production AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Finance AI adoption and enablement initiatives aligned with Finance transformation priorities and business objectives.

• Develop and execute AI adoption strategies that drive workforce readiness, productivity improvements, and measurable business outcomes.

• Partner with Finance leaders to identify and promote high-value AI use cases across Finance functions.

• Champion the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and other approved enterprise AI platforms.

• Design and deliver AI learning programs, workshops, office hours, boot camps, and certification pathways.

• Build and maintain AI enablement assets including prompt libraries, playbooks, best practices, learning materials, and use-case repositories.

• Establish and lead AI Champion Networks, Communities of Practice, and citizen developer programs.

• Develop and publish AI communications, newsletters, success stories, and awareness campaigns.

• Drive change management activities to encourage sustained adoption and behavioral change.

• Track and report AI adoption, engagement, proficiency, and business value through dashboards and executive reporting.

• Measure and communicate productivity gains, time savings, and business outcomes achieved through AI adoption.

• Promote responsible AI usage by partnering with governance, security, and compliance teams.

• Gather employee feedback and continuously improve enablement programs based on adoption insights.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in AI Enablement, Workforce Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Learning & Development, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.

• Experience leading enterprise technology adoption and change management initiatives.

• Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, learning journeys, or workforce capability programs.

• Hands-on experience using enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of AI adoption, prompt engineering, AI-assisted work practices, and responsible AI principles.

• Experience creating communications, newsletters, adoption campaigns, executive updates, and enablement content.

• Experience leading champion networks, communities of practice, citizen developer programs, or innovation initiatives.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure adoption, engagement, and business impact.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

• Intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for process improvements, especially using AI tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Finance, Shared Services, Procurement, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, or Operations Finance organizations.

• Knowledge of Finance processes including S2P, P2P, Accounts Payable, Record-to-Report, Treasury, Tax, and FP&A.

• Experience developing enterprise AI enablement strategies, adoption frameworks, and workforce capability programs.

• Experience driving Microsoft Copilot adoption or similar enterprise AI programs.

• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, ServiceNow, UiPath, Process Mining, or related enterprise platforms.

• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma.

• Strong understanding of Responsible AI, AI governance, and risk management practices.

• Experience measuring and reporting value realization from AI or digital transformation initiatives.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:

$97,000.00 - $220,000.00 a year

Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
