Orange Systems is looking for a new colleague to fill in the position of Customer Operations Agent to work with our International Partners.
what you will be doing:

contract activation and cancellation

solving the errors regarding TV and Internet activation

TV and Internet installation checks and follow-ups
-
data processing, adjustments and corrections
what we are looking for:

Good computer skills (Windows, Microsoft Office)

High responsibility and attention to details skills

Customer oriented and reliable person

Ability to deliver results under pressure

Good written, reading, comprehension and verbal communication skills in English
