Support the planning and delivery of key People initiatives, including Talent Review, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement, Inclusion & Diversity, Wellness, and Organizational Change programs.
Coordinate regional People programs across North Asia's five markets (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea), track achievements and deliverables, maintain project plans, and ensure timely follow-up on actions and deadlines.
Organize People-related meetings, workshops, and leadership sessions, including scheduling, logistics, communications, and coordination across multiple time zones.
Download, check and maintain accurate Workday data, and support annual People processes such as Goal Setting, Performance Conversations, and Talent Review preparation by monitoring completion and data quality.
Prepare and maintain clear HR reports, dashboards, and insights in Excel related to headcount, vacancies, turnover, promotions, diversity, and succession planning, supporting People Partner decisions.
Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to coordinate interviews, candidate communications, onboarding activities, and hiring-related reporting.
Build effective working relationships with People Partners, business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional collaborators across North Asia. Adapt to different cultures and time zones to ensure successful regional People initiatives.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, support automation initiatives, and enhance employee and manager experiences through data and technology.
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Associate People Partner, North Asia at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building: Builds effective working relationships with People Partners and stakeholders across various North Asia markets, managing multiple relationships reliably and adapting to different cultures and time zones.
Data Accuracy & HR Systems Proficiency (Workday & Excel): Downloads, checks and maintains accurate Workday data, and produces clear reporting using strong Excel skills to support the People Partner team's decisions.
Program & Project Coordination: Organizes and tracks deliverables across multiple concurrent People programs, coordinating calendars and logistics across time zones and following up to keep delivery on track.
Learning Agility, Resilience & Follow-Through: Learns quickly in a new environment, stays composed under pressure, and shows real commitment to building a career with the team.
Communication & Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Communicates clearly and professionally in English with collaborators throughout North Asia's markets and cultures, adapting style for different audiences.
Supporting Core People Processes (Performance Management): Supports the People Partner through core annual People processes, including performance management, goal setting and talent review preparation, with accuracy and attention to detail.
