What will you do:

• Perform end-to-end system verification and integration testing

• Validate stability, performance, and interoperability

• Analyze complex system issues

• Support large-scale product delivery and customer acceptance

You will bring:

• Master's or PhD in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Software Engineering, or related disciplines

• Understanding of telecom network architecture

• Test automation and scripting skills

• System integration and verification experience

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities

• Experience with AI-powered system testing

• Familiarity with autonomous test execution frameworks

• Experience with performance analytics and AI-driven diagnostics

• Knowledge of Agentic testing workflows

• Understanding of mobile communication systems (4G/5G; 6G knowledge is a plus)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in cross-functional and global teams

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Kiro, Claude, Agent-based platforms)

• Understanding of Agentic Workflow and AI-driven Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

• Familiarity with prompt engineering, knowledge bases, automation frameworks, and workflow orchestration

• Passion for AI Transformation and Engineering Productivity Improvement

• Experience integrating AI into engineering processes

• Good communication skills in English
