A master's or doctoral degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, data science, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
Experience in wireless communication systems, particularly physical-layer technologies, radio sensing, and artificial intelligence.
Experience using Python or similar programming languages and machine learning tools for simulations and analysis.
An understanding of 3GPP radio access network standards, especially RAN1 or RAN4, is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate ideas using both theory and practical testing.
Clear written and spoken English communication skills.
