Key Responsibilities

Monitor network alarms, events, and KPIs.

Perform incident analysis and troubleshooting.

Register and manage incidents.

Escalate incidents according to procedures.

Support major incidents and maintenance activities.

Produce operational reports.

Contribute to process improvements.
Required Experience & Skills
-
Knowledge of telecom technologies and OSS tools.

Understanding of incident management.

Strong analytical skills.

Effective communication skills.

Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Education: Technical diploma or Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, or related field.
