Developer - Filter Design
Qualifications

At least a MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.

Several years of experience from RF filter technologies, including design knowledge and fabrication processes.

Strong knowledge of radio and RF design, and a good understanding of cellular radio networks.

Proficiency with HFSS and ADS (or equivalent RF simulation tools).

Ability to interpret and apply system-level requirements to the filter design domain, including traceability and verification planning.

Proven ability to work in cross-functional, network-oriented organizations and collaborate effectively across sites and cultures.

Proven ability to work effectively with external partners and suppliers.
-
Workable spoken and written English (Japanese language skills are a plus), comfortable presenting technical work and review outcomes with a passion for knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Experience or clear potential to take informal technical leadership, mentor others, and influence technical direction.

Familiarity with Lean & Agile ways of working.
