International mobility supports employee development and organizational needs in a global environment. It requires rigorous management of contractual, compensation, tax, social security and operational matters while ensuring a high-quality experience for mobile employees.
You will join a cross-functional environment working with mobile employees, managers, HR Business Partners, payroll teams and specialized service providers.
This role is based in France, in Rueil-Malmaison or Grenoble.
You will manage mobility between home and host countries from assignment start until the employee’s return to the home country. You will ensure compliance with Group policies and local regulations, coordinate internal and external providers and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout each case.
Prepare international mobility contracts in line with Group policies and local legislation.
Create, present and update compensation package calculations, oversee implementation, estimate total mobility costs and manage cross-charging processes.
Ensure payroll setup and salary revisions are correctly implemented, and update required reports covering tax, compensation and benefits.
Coordinate mobile employees and providers for mobility setup across extended Europe, including immigration, relocation, social security, tax and health plan enrollment.
Monitor and control assignment costs, expense reimbursements, mobile employee leave and payroll declarations using internal tools.
Manage provider invoices, ensure timely payments and communicate case progress to employees, managers and HR Business Partners.
Assess social security and pension obligations, coordinate affiliations with relevant countries and identify social security or international tax issues with the Manager and tax expert.
Advise HR teams, managers and mobile employees on the impact of Group mobility policies, and contribute to cross-functional international mobility projects.
You hold a Master’s degree in International Mobility, Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Taxation or an equivalent field.
You have at least 2 years of experience in international mobility management, excluding internships and/or apprenticeships.
You have solid knowledge of payroll, compensation packages and the mobility service provider ecosystem.
You are proficient in office tools and HR applications.
You are comfortable working in a complex, multicultural environment and handle sensitive information reliably.
You are fluent in French and English; a third language would be a plus.
Strong customer orientation and service mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical thinking, attention to detail and reliability when handling sensitive data.
Organization, rigor and a process-oriented approach.
Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders in an international context.

For this France based position, the expected pay range is EUR 51.680 - EUR 77.520 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
