Procurement Effectiveness Digital Project Leader

We are looking for a Digital Project Leader to support the transformation of our European Procurement organization through digital adoption, process optimization, and innovative performance initiatives. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating Procurement's digital journey by leading tool adoption, shaping the digital roadmap, driving business intelligence initiatives, and implementing impactful projects across Europe.

What You Will Do

Lead Procurement Digitalization

• Partner with Procurement Strategy and Global Supply Chain Digitization teams to drive the Procurement digital roadmap.

• Identify business needs related to digitization, analytics, and business intelligence.

• Support the deployment, improvement, and adoption of new digital tools.

• Enable cross-functional collaboration by integrating business requirements into the Procurement transformation agenda.

Drive Business Intelligence & Automation

• Lead the BI roadmap to enhance performance visibility and decision-making capabilities.

• Develop connections across digital platforms to create a more integrated Procurement ecosystem.

• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects and implementation activities.

Champion Change Adoption

• Define and execute the digital adoption strategy across the European Procurement organization.

• Monitor adoption levels and address challenges through stakeholder engagement and change management activities.

• Act as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives.

Support Procurement Performance Excellence

• Build and execute a roadmap focused on technical productivity improvements.

• Identify innovative solutions that enhance supplier negotiations, cost optimization, and plant productivity.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to strengthen Procurement performance and effectiveness.

Develop Learning & Capability Building

• Design and implement a digital learning and training roadmap.

• Foster digital skills and best-practice sharing within the Procurement community.

Lead Internal Communication

• Own communication activities across the European Procurement organization.

• Create engaging content, presentations, videos, and digital communication campaigns.

• Promote transformation initiatives and success stories to drive engagement.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• University degree in Procurement, Business Management, Communication, or a related field.

• Professional experience in Procurement, Project Management, Communication, or a similar environment.

• Strong interest in digital transformation, business improvement, and organizational change.

• Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into practical digital solutions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, analytics platforms, or automation solutions.

• Exposure to Procurement processes and supplier management.

• Knowledge of change management methodologies.

• Experience creating digital content, videos, or training materials.

• A naturally curious and innovative mindset.
