Lead a multi technologies delivery program across different geographical countries in the East Asia Zone for reputed Web Giant customers. Responsible for successful delivery of various projects for the Web Giant customers in the EA Zone on an End to End approach from tendering/ quotation stage to successful handover. Lead the program from the front with a high performance and customer centric team and with clearly defined KPI’s and stretch & achievable targets. Customer centricity being the front and centre of mind all the times, this leader will be also be responsible to to achieve financial KPIs for the comany in terms of improving profitability, cash generation & inventory control. This leader should inspire the teams to deliver a world class delivery to the Web Giant on one hand and on the other satisfy the internall stakeholders of Schneider Electric local, zone & global. This leader will need to deploy effectively transformation initiatives and customer projects governance as required by the organisation. Work in the spirit of full collaboration & transparency between all internal solutions stakeholders in Front Offices, Segments, BU and GSC organisations. Ensure consistency of delivery and technical solutions. This leader will in particular need to engage with local HRBP’s in the EA countries to develop an efficient work force planning so that talents are mobilised on time for the successful delivery of the program of works. Lead with the five priorities: Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance, Quality and Collaboration.
Customer Satisfaction by working collaboratively with all the mapped customer stakeholders and deliver their requirements Safely, On Time and to the defined Quality standards. Timely customer feedback at defined stage gates to be fedback into the organisation for improvements and return feeback action and results back to the customer
Ensure consistency of delivery is maintained between the various projects in the EA Zone and and from the globe, by working in full transparency with the global teams
Deliver financial KPI’s like improvement of profitability, cash generation, inventory management
Ensure strong collaboration between the various Application center teams and key stakeholders from Countries, Zones, Regions, Segments, Businesses and Global Customer Teams.
Monitor, control, drive and report the performance of Customer project business within defined geographical perimeter and technology.
Commit and achieve financial KPIs (Rolling Forecasts, Sales, cash, Gross margins, Comnercial Margin)
Drive workforce planning with HR and bring on board high calibre talents on time to deliver the program of works, work collaboratively with Schneider’s transformative initiatives like the centralised engineering platform RSP. One of the key responsibility would be to anticipate, closely monitor and hence manage workforce utilisation levels and avoid any under absorption
Define and manage performance management objectives of the various project teams
Master solution business risks and opportunities at program level in order to insure accurate risk coverage and mitigation with opportunities. Take a specific focus on effective implementation of Contract, Claim and Change Order management processes within center teams
Lead a culture of continuous learning and hence continuous improvement for talent management, supply chain & site works
In anticipation of the deliveries as per the customer requirement, liaise with the demand management team to plan for reserving factory capacities and with a clear objective to minimise inventories
Working collaboratively with HRBP’s identify and define suitable training programs for the various stakeholders including Project Directors, Project Managers, Technical Directors and Engineering team
Support implementation and local application of Customer Project global governance (CPP, DOA, REL, SOCs, Project category, Global KPIs, ...). Take active part of Customer Project's gates and decision making reviews
Bachelors Degree (Engineering and/or Business) or equivalent
English is mandatory
At least 15 years experience in Customer Project environment and required experience in the APAC region
Proven people management experience, ideally within multi cultural, multi sites and/or matrix organisation
Proven project delivery experience on large & multi techno electrical projects & for multi national customers/ environment
P/ L management on program of works
Customer centric mindset
Business developer mindset, good financial accumen with excellent commercial skills
Team player/builder to put in place collaborative climate to leverage diversity and implement changes
Strong leadership skills (effective communication, collaboration, …)
