Til vårt team i Oslo søker vi nå en erfaren teknisk prosjektingeniør som vil bli en del av vårt Project Execution Team. Teamet leverer både løsninger og kompetanse innen hardware og software for nye prosjekter og modernisering av automasjonsteknologi for kunder. Du vil ha en sentral rolle i ett eller flere prosjektteam bestående av prosjektleder og tekniske ressurser.

Dine viktigste ansvarsområder

Dine viktigste ansvarsområder vil være teknisk prosjektering, koordinering og rådgivning i våre prosjekter fra tidlig planlegging til ferdigstillelse, i tett samarbeid med kommersiell prosjektleder og øvrige funksjoner i prosjektene. Du har interesse for teknologi, samarbeider godt med andre og bidrar til både gode tekniske løsninger og fremdrift i prosjektene. Du motiveres av å bidra til kontinuerlig utvikling og ser muligheter for forbedring i måten vi jobber på. Du vil også bidra med innspill til kontinuerlig forbedring og standardisering av prosjektgjennomføring og våre tekniske løsninger.

Dine primære ansvarsområder omfatter

• Prosjektering, oppfølging og teknisk engineering av automasjonssystemer i bygg

• Bistå i tilbudsprosesser

• Kundekontakt og oppfølging av egne oppdrag

• Samhandling rundt løsning og gjennomføring med eksterne aktører i prosjektet

• Oppfølging og koordinering av arbeidspakker og aktiviteter

• Bidra til god HMS og kvalitet i henhold til avtalt scope, tidsfrister og kundens forventninger

• Være et bindeledd mellom kommersiell prosjektleder og teknisk utførende team

For å lykkes i rollen

For å lykkes i rollen tror vi at du har erfaring fra byggautomasjon, relevant erfaring med tekniske systemer, og høyere utdanning eller fagbrev. Du har gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter og behersker både norsk og engelsk. Som person trives du med å håndtere flere oppgaver og prosjekter parallelt, og du liker å kombinere fagkompetanse med samarbeid og utvikling. Gjennomføringsevne, samarbeidsevner, struktur og løsningsorientering er viktige egenskaper i rollen. Du trives med å jobbe både selvstendig og i tverrfaglige team, internt og eksternt. Kjennskap til rør, ventilasjon, elektro og VVS er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Interesse for tekniske løsninger innen systemer og hardware er viktig for å lykkes i rollen.
