Content Streaming Officer

Overview of the Role

As a Content Streaming Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless sports content streaming experience at Arena Sports Bar. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sports—especially football—and enjoys working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. You will manage live sports broadcasts, maintain streaming systems, and ensure customers enjoy uninterrupted viewing experiences.

What you'll do:

• Manage live sports content streaming services and event broadcasts.

• Organize and schedule weekly live sports events from relevant broadcasters.

• Update event calendars and streaming schedules on a daily basis.

• Monitor and maintain streaming quality throughout live events.

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and streaming-related technical issues.

• Coordinate with the Workplace Technology (WPT) team when technical support is required.

• Provide basic support using OBS Studio for content streaming.

• Manage music playback before and after major sporting events.

• Manage advertising and promotional content displayed before and after live events.

• Set up, monitor, and maintain audio-visual equipment.

• Update digital marketing banners and promotional content across screens and displays within the venue.

• Ensure customers have a smooth and uninterrupted viewing experience.

Core Skills & Tools

• Basic knowledge of OBS Studio

• Familiarity with live streaming platforms and broadcasting services

• Understanding of networking fundamentals

• Basic hardware troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of audio-visual equipment

• Microsoft Office tools

• Strong organizational and time management skills
