Payment Service Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that payment operations design and execution is being performed meeting business and customer requirements

• Managing reconciliation-related issues, including investigation, escalation and follow-up with relevant vendors

• UX / UI tracking and its constant improvement

• Request and analyze reports

• Managing and resolving payment-related operational issues, including escalation and coordination with payment vendors, Internal Stakeholders

• Managing day-to-day payment operational processes and ensuring their smooth execution

• Monitoring and coordinating execution of Payment projects

• Monitoring payment channel performance and proactively addressing operational issues

• Managing the end-to-end payment journey and driving its continuous improvement

Main Competencies / Skills / Qualities Required

• Work Experience - At least 1-year of experience working in the payment business (preferably a bank or other financial organization)

• Education - Higher (preferably in the financial-economic, management)

• Accuracy, competence, decision making, analytical and logical thinking, professionalism, sense of responsibility, initiative, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

• MS Office

• High proficiency in English
