Student / HR Intern – Human Resources

Oniverse Belgium is looking for a student or HR intern to support the daily activities of our Human Resources department in Belgium.

Main responsibilities:

As part of the HR team, you will provide administrative support in the day-to-day management of our employees. Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

• Managing and updating employee personnel files;

• Managing, organizing and archiving HR documentation;

• Updating the internal HR database and employee information;

• Preparing and creating employment contracts and contract amendments;

• Providing general administrative support to the HR team;

• Supporting the recruitment process;

• Assisting with various HR-related administrative tasks and projects.

Your profile:

• You are currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Office Administration or a related field;

• You are looking for a student job or an internship to gain practical experience in Human Resources;

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in French & English;

• Knowledge of Dutch is a plus;

• You are organized, structured and detail-oriented;

• You are comfortable with administrative tasks and working with documents;

• You are able to work in a dynamic and international environment;

• You are autonomous, proactive and motivated;

• You understand the importance of confidentiality when handling employee information.
