Role: Assistant Store Manager Brand: Intimissimi - Calzedonia Contract: Full-time, 40 hours per week Reports to: Store Manager, District Manager & Area Manager

About the Role

As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager leading the day-to-day operations of the store, delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales, achieving KPIs and developing a high-performing team.

What You'll Do

• Support the Store Manager in leading the team and daily store operations.

• Drive sales performance and support the team in achieving KPIs (ATV, UPT, CCR and sales targets).

• Coach, motivate and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Organise daily priorities, delegate tasks and ensure smooth store operations.

• Oversee stock replenishment, visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.

• Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety procedures and operational standards.

Profile

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory or management role.

• A passion for fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
