Profesional Panadería -Pastelería Sant Adrià

As part of the Ultrafresh Section team, led by the Section Manager, your functions will be:

• Receive and control merchandise, ensuring freshness and conditions of product entry.

• Prepare and replenish shelves to guarantee product variety for sale.

• Remove leftover product from the previous day and clean corresponding cold rooms and shelves.

• Control existing merchandise stock to support the Section Manager in inventory and order management. Control product expiry dates in stock.

• Clean, organize, and supervise product handling material and market facilities.

• Compulsory Secondary Education

• Food handling/food safety training

• Knowledge of bakery and pastry products and their preparation.
