About the Role

At Allianz Direct, we believe that every customer interaction is an opportunity to build trust. We're looking for a Manager of Customer Defense Department, someone who genuinely cares about doing right by our customers and who thrives on turning challenges into better experiences for everyone. This isn't just about managing complaints. It's about being the voice of the customer inside the organization, connecting the dots between what our customers tell us and how we can keep getting better. If you're someone who combines analytical thinking with strong people skills and you're passionate about making things work — we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

What You'll Do at Allianz Direct

• Manage and resolve complaints efficiently and thoughtfully, always aligned with internal procedures — and with a genuine willingness to coach and guide the different stakeholders involved along the way.

• Prepare and support executive reporting for senior leadership and other strategic areas of the company, translating data into clear, actionable insights.

• Analyze data and monitor the company's formal complaints dashboard on an ongoing basis, spotting trends and identifying real opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with different teams across the organization, building bridges and keeping communication open and effective.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes and services, with a strong focus on elevating the overall customer experience.

What Allianz Direct Needs From You

• Outstanding communication skills — you know how to connect with different people and teams, and you do it naturally.

• Strong analytical mindset, with a clear orientation toward data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

• Advanced English proficiency, enabling you to operate confidently in a professional environment.

• Solid command of digital and office tools, especially Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, Copilot, and similar).

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the company or in similar corporate environments.

• Law degree (or equivalent legal background).

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proactive and dynamic, with a genuine customer-first mindset.

• A true team player who fosters a positive, collaborative work environment.

• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize effectively.

• Eager to learn, with clear and effective communication at every level.

• A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a natural drive to improve processes and services.
