As part of the industrialization of an industrial programming optimization tool based on artificial intelligence, we are looking for an intern to contribute to the development of new uses around generative AI and support the scaling up of the solution among users.

The optimization algorithm is developed by the Applied Artificial Intelligence (IAA) team. After several development phases, the project is now entering a key industrialization stage with the implementation of a new user interface and its integration into the Kinaxis environment of the End-to-End S&OP program.

Within a team combining business expertise, data science, and artificial intelligence, you will participate in the transformation of decision-making processes related to industrial programming.

Vos missions :

The main mission of the internship will be to design business analysis agents based on generative AI to help users better exploit the results produced by the optimization tool. Today, these analyses are mainly carried out through Spotfire dashboards and require strong business expertise.

• The objective is to develop assistants capable of automatically identifying key facts, explaining observed changes in proposed programs, and producing summaries facilitating decision-making.

• You will work notably on the analysis of technical and geographical mix evolutions, the evaluation of the coherence of proposals generated by the algorithm, as well as the measurement of their impacts on the operational and economic objectives of the company, such as shipments, invoicing, or Free Cash Flow.

• You will be able to develop conversational agents, interactive HTML restitutions, as well as various analysis and synthesis mechanisms based on generative AI technologies.

Expérience utilisateur et accompagnement métier :

• You will contribute to improving the user experience of the solution.

• You will participate in setting up assistants capable of helping users control data quality, understand certain inconsistencies, or diagnose the most frequent errors.

• You will also regularly interact with operational teams to understand their needs and propose solutions facilitating the adoption of the tool. This proximity to users will allow you to develop a deep understanding of industrial programming and supply chain issues.

Participation à l'industrialisation de la solution :

• The internship will also include participation in functional recipe activities.

• You will contribute to the validation of new functionalities, the execution of test scenarios, and the monitoring of anomalies, in close collaboration with business teams, developers, and experts from the IAA team.

This dimension will allow you to discover the entire life cycle of an industrial application based on artificial intelligence, from the definition of the need to its production.

Qui êtes-vous ? :

• We are looking for a Bac+5 level student from an engineering school in data science, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, industrial engineering, optimization or Supply Chain.

• You are attracted to topics combining data, artificial intelligence, and industrial problems. You like to understand how organizations work, analyze complex situations, and transform data into useful information for decision-making.

• A first experience in Python, data analysis or in developing solutions using generative AI models will be an asset.

• More than specific technical skills, we are looking for a curious, autonomous person who wants to deeply understand the business challenges.
