In this highly visible role, you will serve as a strategic bridge between business partners, clients, and operations. You will collaborate across Wealth, Global Fund Services, Institutional Trust & Custody, Corporate Trust, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, and other key organizations to translate emerging needs into actionable initiatives and service enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, clients, relationship managers, product partners, and operational teams.

• Lead executive engagement routines, governance forums, strategic reporting, and service-level agreement oversight.

• Coordinate the identification, escalation, tracking, and resolution of complex custody-related issues.

• Translate client feedback, market developments, and operational challenges into strategic initiatives, product enhancements, and measurable business outcomes.

• Provide custody market expertise through client presentations, business reviews, industry analysis, and strategic consultations.

• Partner with business development and relationship management teams to support client retention, growth opportunities, and complex client needs.

• Drive cross-functional initiatives involving Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

• Help internal teams and clients prepare for regulatory, market, and operational changes.

• Represent the organization with clients, investment managers, sub-custodians, fintech providers, and industry participants.

Why Top Talent is Excited About This Opportunity

You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, influence strategic decisions, champion the voice of the client, and help shape the future of a growing global custody business. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Influence enterprise-wide initiatives and strategic priorities.

• Partner with executive leadership across multiple business lines.

• Drive meaningful change in a complex, highly visible environment.

• Support major institutional clients and sophisticated market participants.

• Serve as a recognized subject matter expert and industry ambassador.

You understand the evolving custody landscape, anticipate client and business needs, and bring people together to solve problems, improve outcomes, and drive growth. You are equally comfortable in executive boardrooms, client meetings, governance forums, and cross-functional working sessions.
