Mid-Level, Senior
PURPOSE
Reporting to the Manager Digital Performance Analytics, you will integrate data-driven insights into commercial initiatives across digital consumer journeys. You will turn business and consumer data into strategic insights, align analytics with business priorities, build dashboards and reports, and improve data literacy across the organization. You will also collaborate with regional and global teams on advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute data-driven strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze CRM and digital data to identify customer behavior and marketing performance insights.
Lead data-driven marketing initiatives with stakeholders.
Design dashboards, visualizations, reports, and presentations for business decision-making.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and challenges that can be addressed through analytics.
Design experiments and conduct significance testing and statistical modeling.
Deliver advanced analytics projects covering data ingestion, management, extraction, and predictive modeling.
Support the transition from reactive analytics to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
Collaborate with developers and data engineers on cloud and big data projects.
