Job Title – Process Associate / Junior Process Associate – Contracts Administration (S2C)

Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
1–4 years of experience in Contract Administration, Operations, Shared Services, or related functions
Experience working with business systems and documentation processes
Good understanding of contract data validation activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and basic reporting activities
Ability to maintain accurate records and audit documentation
Basic awareness of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar business productivity assistants
Ability to write clear prompts to summarize information, structure data, draft communication, and support analysis
Awareness of automation concepts such as workflow automation, exception handling, approvals, and process triggers
Basic understanding of how tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar platforms can support business process improvement
Ability to describe business requirements, process steps, data inputs, outputs, and validation rules for automation opportunities
Understanding of responsible AI usage, including data privacy, confidentiality, output validation, and human review before decision-making

As an Associate – Contracts Administration, you will:
Perform basic contract validation and data verification activities
Ensure accurate entry of contract information into business systems
Review contract requests for completeness before processing
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for processed contracts
Support contract lifecycle activities in accordance with established procedures
Coordinate internally to resolve incomplete requests and obtain required information
Adhere to SLA timelines, quality standards, and compliance expectations
Assist in maintaining contract trackers, dashboards, and status reports
Escalate discrepancies, process issues, and recurring exceptions when required
Support audit, control, and compliance requirements
Use AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly to summarize information, draft business updates, check completeness, and improve day-to-day efficiency
Identify repetitive manual tasks and suggest opportunities for automation, standardization, or process simplification
Collaborate with process experts and automation teams by clearly explaining business requirements, exceptions, and expected outcomes
Validate outputs from AI or automation tools before business use, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and human accountability
