What You'll Do As Office Manager & Business Coordinator, you'll be a key member of Mastercard's Germany team and play an important role in ensuring both our people and our business can operate at their best. You will: Support Business Growth
Work closely with our Account Management team on customer initiatives, business reviews, presentations, and strategic projects
Help coordinate activities involving multiple teams and stakeholders across Mastercard
Support reporting, analyses, business updates, and customer meeting preparations
Track actions, priorities, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Gain insight into how Mastercard manages customer relationships and drives business growth Drive Operational Excellence
Take ownership of key office operations and help create an outstanding workplace experience
Coordinate suppliers, vendors, workplace services, and facility-related activities
Support budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and business administration processes
Lead initiatives that improve efficiency, employee experience, and workplace services Lead Workplace & Health & Safety Activities
Act as Health & Safety Lead for our Frankfurt office
Help create a safe, compliant, and welcoming workplace environment
Partner with colleagues across Human Resources, Workplace Services, and Facilities

Detail-oriented while keeping the bigger picture in mind
