This team builds the relationships that bring our products to life, partnering closely with customers across markets, channels and occasions to make sure our brands are part of moments that matter everywhere.

About this role

Drive total market performance within a state through execution excellence and distributor accountability.

Scope

• Single state

• State plan delivery

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver state-level performance (volume, ROS, share)

• Own execution plans and Perfect Outlet delivery

• Hold distributors accountable to plan delivery

Success Measures

• State performance delivery

• Execution excellence

• Off premise manager team performance

Experience/skills required:

• 8–12+ years in sales / commercial roles

• Experience managing state-level or large territory performance

• Strong experience with distributor performance management

• Prior people leadership (Managers or field teams)

Background

• Deep understanding of local market dynamics

• Ideal candidate will have experience in multiple channels (On/off premise or chains)

• Deep understanding of customer planning (JBPs), execution and forecast building

Education

• Bachelor’s degree required

SOUTH CAROLINA: SALARY RANGE IS FROM $137,513 TO $229,188 (ANNUAL)
