Head of Brand Marketing & Communications Business Area: Nespresso Location: Crawley based (2-3 days in person across Crawley and London Hub) Permanent Contract Salary: £85,000- £90,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for a Head of Brand Marketing & Communications to shape how Nespresso shows up across the UK & Irish markets. In this high-impact leadership role, you’ll build long-term brand equity while driving short-term commercial performance across our B2C and B2B channels.

Your Impact

Reporting into the Marketing Director, you’ll be the creative and strategic force behind how Nespresso connects with consumers, customers and partners across the UK & Ireland. From bold campaign thinking and standout storytelling to PR, influencer, CRM and media integration, you’ll shape a brand experience that feels premium, distinctive and unmistakably Nespresso.

Key responsibilities include:

• Set the vision for Nespresso’s brand and campaign strategy across the UK & Ireland, bringing together creativity, insight and commercial ambition.

• Create integrated B2C and B2B campaigns that build brand love, spark desire and deliver measurable business impact.

• Connect campaign, content, PR, influencer, CRM and media activity into one powerful, joined-up communications ecosystem.

• Bring global campaigns to life locally, translating big brand ideas into relevant, beautifully executed activations that deeply resonate with British and Irish consumers.

• Shape content, PR and influencer strategies that earn attention, create cultural relevance and strengthen Nespresso’s premium positioning.

• Elevate CRM content so it feels more connected, engaging and purposeful across every stage of the customer journey.

• Partner with our Head of Media of media strategy to ensure our content lands in the right places, reaches the right audiences and drives performance across paid, owned and earned channels.

• Champion Nespresso’s brand identity, tone of voice and visual expression, ensuring every touchpoint feels unmistakably premium.

• Inspire agency partners across creative, media, PR and production to deliver outstanding, insight-led work that raises the bar.

• Lead and develop a talented team across Brand & Campaign, Content, PR & Influencer and CRM creative, creating the conditions for brilliant work to thrive and teams to flourish.

Your ingredients for success

To succeed, you’ll be a brand builder, storyteller and commercially minded leader who knows how to turn insight into ideas that connect and convert. You’ll bring the confidence to shape strategy, the creativity to push thinking further, as well as the leadership style to inspire teams, partners and stakeholders to deliver brilliant work.

Essential experience and skills:

• A strong background in brand marketing, communications, media or campaign leadership, with the confidence to shape strategy at pace.

• Experience building or growing premium brands, ideally in a fast-moving consumer environment where creativity and commercial results go hand in hand.

• A proven ability to create integrated brand and communications plans that cut through, connect with audiences and deliver impact across multiple channels.

• A sharp understanding of how content, PR, influencer, CRM and media come together to create a distinctive and consistent brand experience.

• Experience getting the best from agency partners, setting clear direction and inspiring brilliant creative, strategic and operational delivery.

• A natural collaborator and confident influencer, able to build trust and momentum across local teams, global stakeholders and external partners.

• A people-first leadership style, with the ability to inspire, coach and develop high-performing teams.

• A curious, insight-led mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities in data, culture and consumer behaviour and turn them into action.

Desirable experience:

• Experience bringing B2C and B2B communications together into one clear, compelling brand story.

• Experience shaping CRM content that feels thoughtful, relevant and connected across activation and lifecycle campaigns.

• A strong network across UK and Irish PR, influencer, media, or wider communications partners that can help unlock fresh thinking and opportunities.

• A passion for premium consumer brands, customer engagement and creating marketing that feels both beautiful and effective.
