About the Role

We are looking for a Brand Retail Sr. Supervisor to lead store operations, drive commercial performance, and deliver an exceptional consumer experience. This role is responsible for managing a team of retail professionals, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving sales and service objectives while representing the brand at the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and commercial execution.

• Coach, develop, and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and performance targets.

• Monitor and improve key store KPIs, including sales, conversion, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.

• Resolve customer and operational issues while maintaining a premium brand experience.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and store performance.

Requirements

• Experience leading retail, sales, or customer-facing teams.

• Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

• Solid understanding of retail operations, sales execution, and customer engagement.

• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action plans.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• English: Intermediate.
