Senior Manager Tech Finance

What You'll Do

• Own and manage the portfolio of Business IT Services within the B2C and e-Invoice domains.

• Ensure services continuously meet business needs, customer expectations, and strategic objectives.

• Drive service lifecycle management, including enhancements, modernization, and retirement decisions.

• Define and maintain service roadmaps in alignment with business priorities and technology strategy.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Engagement Partners, Architecture, and Engineering teams to shape service evolution.

• Assess, prioritize, and support business demand, translating requirements into service improvements and initiatives.

• Monitor service performance, adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall business value delivery.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.

• Oversee delivery of projects impacting assigned services, ensuring alignment with agreed requirements and roadmaps.

• Manage service governance, risks, dependencies, and successful transition of initiatives into Business-as-Usual operations

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, digital products, or Business IT Services.

• Experience in service portfolio management, demand management, or technology product ownership

• Experience working in complex international environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Strong understanding of business processes and technology-enabled transformation.

Preferred

• Experience in B2C and / or electronic invoicing and tax compliance solutions.

• SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA knowledge.

• Experience with Agile delivery models and product-centric operating models.
