We're looking for a Process Lead in Neuchatel to lead Manufacturing, Production Planning & Control – solving real problems, optimizing how we use resources, putting standards into place and making sure production hits the mark every day. If you’re the kind of person who is stimulated by challenges, then this job is for you!

Impact You'll Own

• Take ownership of processes that eliminate losses and drive efficiency

• React fast – adapt to schedule changes due to backlogs, design changes, machine downtime or material/labor shortages.

• Liaise cross-functionally to understand current and projected future capacity requirements.

• Bring a fresh perspective to evaluate and recommend changes to production processes, systems, technology, or equipment, to enhance organization's production capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Use procedures and experience, to analyze and solve moderately complex production challenges, and to improve methods.

• Set standards to ensure production delivery.

• Analyze line performance and turn numbers into action

• Lead and coach the team on structured problem solving

Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in engineering or related field

• Demonstrated experience in production environment

• Ability to propose data-driven solutions to drive performance

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams

• Problem-solving, risk management, critical thinking

• demand Forecasting, capacity planning, quality management, continuous improvement, Health Safety & Environment (HSE) management and compliance

• Fluent French, professional English
