your mission

Talent is the most important topic for any scaling start up, and you'll be right at the center of this. Source candidates, run screening calls, own positions from first outreach to signed offer. You’ll become a trusted member of the talent team where the “hire” and “no hire” calls are yours, not a recommendation you hand off to someone else. Do this well, and you'll walk away knowing how to find, select and build a top team.

what you’ll do

• Find and close top talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, and community events, whatever it takes to get the right person.
• Run the full process yourself, from writing the job description to the final offer.
• Build Consultport's name in the market, through university partnerships, job boards, and showing up at events.
• Shape how we hire and how we treat people once they're here, initiatives, guidelines, and the stuff that actually makes this a good place to work.

what you bring

• About to graduate from a top university with very strong grades.
• This internship must be part of your university program or eligible for academic credit.
• Minimum 3 months of full-time work experience. A big plus if it was in HR or talent acquisition.
• Prior experience with an ATS and / or LinkedIn recruiter is a big plus.
• Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in German or French is highly desired.
• Open to relocate to Berlin for a full-time, 6-month internship.

• You want a pure strategy role. This job means doing the dirty, unglamorous work yourself.
• You need a clear task list every morning and a lot of hand-holding.
• You are defensive or shut down when faced with direct feedback.
• You want a predictable 9 to 6.
